Our Mission
Careful Minds understands that licensees and administrators need support and training to effectively provide quality services to their residential clients. Our goal it to provide a "one-stop shop" for individuals who plan to open a residential care facility. The services we provide include, but are not limited to: certification training, consulting, license application assistance and real estate assistance.

My wife and I took the RCFE class, passed the test and earned the administrator certficate. Then Ericka helped us find and purchase a licensed RCFE. Afterwards, she drafted our facility license application. She endured our quest every step of the way. Now we use Careful Minds for our ceu's and the staff training of our facility.

Ms. Brumfield taught the ARF class that I took. After I got my ARF Admin. Cert., she wrote my plan of operation for my license application. She even advised us tp prepare for the interview, a major step to get the facility license. After we got the ARF license, she wrote the program design for the Regional Center vendorization.
